Hi David, I used the key sig. tool and changed all keys up a step proportionately. This is a feature which is relatively new to Finale and, on a guess, might be the culprit, as opposed to changing each section in a different key up a step individually.
Actually (FYI), I have since discovered that I didn't go far enough with my workaround and Notepad does indeed transpose all keys proportionately when you select a new key in the key sig. tool. Current fire under control. I think the other behavior is probably a bug in Notepad and I'll report it to Coda.
