Hello everyone. I want to create an mp3 file of the Bartok piano piece
Andante from Harom rondo nepi dallamokkai Sz84 I would like to put the mp3 file up at my mp3.com.au site. Am I legally able to do this or is there copyright/performance rights restrictions?
