This bug is resolution-specific (the bug might very well disappear when you change resolution for your PDF) and has been there since the day Engraver Slurs were first introduced. Another way to get rid of the problematic slur is to right-click on it and turn off engraver slur mode for that specific slur (which is also what happens if you tweak the slur). IMO, everyone that has this problem MUST send in a bug report to Coda about it so they finally get the message...! Make sure you submit a small file that causes the problem, including what screen/printer resolution that causes the bug.
