I have had exactly the same problem except I am going from the .MUS file directly to the printer (600x600). Such a problem can easily be lost in a multi-page document that is perfect on screen at 100% and 200%. My editor screams at me and asks what kind of lousy software I am using. Surely this should have been fixed long ago.
