You have taken bits of two of my messages and put them together. I'm not
suggesting putting _versions_ in subject lines, only making it clear if
a message is specifically related to one or other _platform_, tangential
or off topic. But it would be helpful (to me at least!) to have people
identify in their messages what version they are using.

I don't assume any such thing, but if something sounds useful I try it
to find out if it does work, and sometimes to my delighted surprise it
does!
