There is no easy way, if you want to delete page 1, without going through each page-view text block and changing the single page setting for it to appear on.

Can't you leave things as they are, simply add a page-number offset so that the pages print with two apparent pages 1, and then throw out the undesired page after printing?

That would leave everything where it should be, because the text-block page assignments refer to real pages, not logical pages.
