[Finale] F2004: last measure super-slow

I am getting some strange results from Human Playback.  A F2002 score 
that I upgraded to 2004 seems to die on the last measure.  The rest of 
the score plays beautifully, but the tempo drops to about quarter = 15 
in the last measure when using "21st Century" playback.  It isn't bad 
on some of the other playback styles.

If I add a measure at the end with at least one note, the next-to-last 
measure is OK, but the added measure runs way slow.

When I create a new score under F2004, I can't reproduce that exact 
problem, but Human playback does seem to introduce a slight ritard in 
the last measure, even though I never entered a rit. expression.

Any ideas about this?
