Sorry for an OT question, but I need help by a Mac guru:
I have three files in my waste basket that I can't seem to get rid of. I can empty the trash, but they will stay. I ran Norton on the disk, no luck.
I don't even get an error message when I empty the thing, and the files are definitely not protected.
This worked for me once.
Drag the items out of the trash. Create a new folder on the desktop. Put the items into the new folder. Drag the new folder to the trash. Empty trash.
Another time it didn't work, though, but maybe this time it will work for you.
