The Dover reprint of Corelli's concerti grosso have the concertino and 
ripieno groups printed separately.  It's a reprint of the 1891 Augener & 
Company, London publication edited by Joseph Joachim and Freidrich 
Chrysander.

As a conductor I prefer to see them in separate groups.
