To all advisors, I truly appreciate all the advice I am getting. BUT, go easy - I really don't know as much as I let on (which isn't much to begin with).
The new NTFS drive is the C drive it is booting from. The F drive shows up OK but many of the files and folders are not accessible. Could the problem be in the manner in which my son, the junior computer guru installed it? Neither are partitioned.
