OK then they are simply broken. You can try to recover them with "Error-checking" from the Tools tabsheet from the drive letter's Properties window. But most likely they are lost. If all fails you can also try tools like Norton Utilities or other disk repair software. DO NOT attempt to convert a partially broken drive to NTFS. > Neither are partitioned.
