[Finale] Elapsed Time

Sorry, I had no right so say it was a bug, it was just that I couldn't 
understand why TGTools could calculate duration based on shifting Tempo 
Tool's metronome markings, and Finale couldn't, at least not in version 2k3.
Glad that it is fixed in 2k4. It is a usefull feature anyway.
