I have had situations where I did not have all the measures (vertically) selected, e.g. the treble clef but not the bass clef. In such a case, spacing routines don't seem to work completely, since the other measures aren't provided to Finale to work with. This has been the only incomplete behaviour of the routines that I've noticed. (finMac2k4).
