[Finale] Note Spacing Quits Working

I haven't seen that exact thing, but I have seen a measure do wacky things, 
including, but not limited to not allowing multimeasure rests. My theory is 
that the data for that measure has become corrupted. To fix it, I delete 
the measure and insert a new measure and then everything works as it should.

I think Finale is still a very buggy program, with little things going 
wrong, that nobody even bothers  to mention here on the list.
