I've *never* paid for cutting, and only ten bucks for wrapping!

some supplier will cut stock to size for you, so you buy the stock, and pay a nominal set up charge for the cutting / wrapping...

I've been looking for a replacement printer for masters and will check out this Ricoh based on what you've said....

I know my next printer will be the Ricoh 600 N. Based upon my calculations, the printer is cheap enough, fast enough, and durable enough for production work...
