There is a bug in MacFin2004 that occurs whenever you have 10 or more measure number regions in a single document and "Display Defined Measure Numbers" turned on.
In Scroll View, when you are viewing measure region 10 or above, only the first digit of the defined measure number displays in the measure number box. In other words, measure numbers 1-9 (01-09) of region 10 display like this:

Measure numbers 10-19 of region 10 display like this:
10:1
Measure numbers 20-29 of region 10 display like this:
10:2
And so on. The measure numbers do draw correctly in the file itself, they just don't display properly in the Scroll View measure number box.
