Why? No harm was done, nor would have been done whichever choice you clicked. The installer was merely asking you whether you wanted to keep your FinaleScript Scripts or replace them with the 2004b ones (which I assume were pretty much the same). The only thing that could have happened was that the installer deleted your home made Finale scripts. To avoid that you could have clicked skip. I really do not see a problem here.
