Thanks for your ideas. You may not have realized that only one stave is used
per pass--the tenor stave the first time and bass stave the second time. The
part-writing for one is not related to the part writing for the other. The
instruction at the end of the 1st ending that is hard to read in the graphic
says "Repeat to lower stave," placed there simply as an added reminder.

I rarely put all the parts on one stave, but once in awhile it is necessary.
