I wonder who Ludlow Music is. I've known Woody's kids since they were really kids. Marjorie Mazia Guthrie, Woody's widow, was my mother's best friend until Margie's death some years ago, and all the kids went to Indian Hill, a summer arts camp my parents ran in Stockbridge, MA. They were there in the '50s, and all the incidents surrounding "Alice's Restaurant" happened there.
I doubt if any of Woody's children would object to people using his song this way.
