Kim, This is a known 'feature' in Finale, and it's complicated by Staff Lists. The simplest solution I have found, aside from Darcy's suggestion of TGTools, is Robert Patterson's Mass Copy plugin. It's all I use now and will fix your situation immediately. *************************** J.D.
