First you need to download Jari Williamsons plugin - "JWTimeSig", then.,
Using speedy entry:
in speedy options, uncheck "fill with rests" and "jump to next
measure"
enter notes as you wish moving to next measure manually.
Select all with Mass Mover
In Plugins select JW timesig and all the bars will be gven the correct time
signature based on the notes you have enteres.
I use Finale2k Win. Maybe this has been added to later
versions?
