And if you do want to use the underscore instead of the capital I in Engraver, just turn off Smart Word Extensions in Finale 2004. It's at Options -> Document Options -> Lyrics -> Word Extensions (button at the bottom of the Lyrics box) -> Use Smart Word Extensions.
