Probably not. Viruses are written for the OS, not the processor, and
Macs will still be running OS X.
You'll notice there aren't many viruses written for Linux, either.
(Of course, if someone decides to install Windows on their MacIntel and
dual-boot, then they will have to take all the same precautions smart
Windows users do.)
