While that would be nice (the same way that automatic word extensions is nice), I've never seen it as too much of a problem to make the adjustments myself, as the tools to do so are pretty easy to use, and are a natural part of the initial layout proofing of the score layout (once you've locked down your page and system breaks). So, while it would be something I'd be happy to have, it wouldn't be nearly the productivity enhancement that linked parts would be for me. -- David W.
