Well, that's not true, either. If you look at the screenshot of the Human Playback Preferences dialog, that has a dozen or so new parameters that do not exist in Finale 2005 (at least, not in the DEMO). So, I guess "More custom settings" means "in comparison to the immediately previous version" while "now with..." means that it has it now, but that doesn't mean it didn't have it before.
