I figured things out ... to a degree. Is there no way to set up different instruments, each with a patch of its own, both using channel 10?
It would be nice, for example, to use the rolled snare from the marching band percussion map (patch 2) and the bass drum from the orchestral percussion map (patch 49) together, but I couldn't get it to work that way.
