That said, I'm not sure why you need this any more. I use CocoaBooklet for all
my booklet printing needs. It's donation-ware, Universal Binary, and works
great.
Because Cocao Booklet needs me to make a PDF first. Because going
through PDF creation in the print dialog does not handle EPS graphics
correctly (which I believe is a OS problem), and most of my music
includes my EPS logo, the process becomes rather complicated:
- Open print dialog, save as PS file.
- Distill the PS file into a PDF (I use PStill, but preview can do this,
too).
- Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader and print uneven pages first, than even
pages (I don't have a duplexer).
Using Finale script I can go directly to the printer. No PDFs, no
Acrobat Reader.
Ideally I would like to be able to enter:
Print booklet verso all parts (or "violino I" or whatever)
in Finalescript.
Alas, it is not a big deal anymore.
