It wouldn't help, the rests are in layer 1. I cannot change the setting for layer one, nor would it help, since the rests have to be manually displaced where the cues are, while they need to be in the default position in the score.
Surely there must be a solution for this, I can't believe that this problem hasn't been solved in the design. I just can't find it.
