Hi,
I just arranged a song of Johnny Cash, and after entering quarter
notes for the bass, I thought it would be better to write eight notes
and eight rests.
I searched the menues for doing this (Finale 2007), but while I could
change the duration to eights, I could not find a command that lets
me change them to eight notes and eight rests. Thats change of duration for me.
In the end I changed the notes to eights in the mass edit - change
durations-menu and inserted the eight rests manually.
But there must be an easier way to accomplish that? I mean, Im with
Finale since version 2, and most of the recent updates were about playback?
