Yes. On Mac only, if you specify a page range that does not include
the last page, printing can hang.
Apparently, the (temporary) fix is to turn off the dialog that
warns you when your Finale page size is different from the printer
page size. The only way to turn off the warning is to invoke it by
printing a document to the wrong page size, and check "Do not show
this again" when the warning pops.
