I've found a similar problem in winfin2006 - in speedy I press "S" to sharpen a note. This works on all notes except f where it changes the note to f double sharp. I didn't have this problem in fin02.My first thought is to wonder if you are working in a "sharp" key, in which case sharping the F# would be F##.
