You're right. I have Office Professional 4.3 (the original box is still on the shelf -- REAL MANUALS!), which I ordered in 1993 through my then-publisher. But it is copyright 1994 and has a sticker on it that says "Now With New Access 2.0!" So it must have been one of the first shipped the next year.
