It's not finding the route. Run traceroute if you have a PC handy. Open a command line window and type "tracert 208.139.194.154". There's an equivalent Unix command you should have on a Mac. The results will resemble what's pasted below, which is my trace from home network to classicalarchives.com. At some point, yours will stop and you can see what it's not getting past.
