Sounds like a Microsoft problem. That's not what I said. They provide you with the software pre- installed and if you didn't purchase the media disks (costs about $10 extra), then you don't have any way to re-install, and it's not really their problem. The real problem with DVDs is Windows' piss-poor support for them. You shouldn't have to add 3rd-party software to be able to use all the features of your hardware. -- David W.
