Can you open the
file via the FILE | OPEN in your web browser and see if the file
displays?
Yep, there it is, big as life. Now what?
I don't mean open up the picture -- I mean open up the HTML file that
is supposed to display the picture.

Now I'm totally confused. Do you mean the html description of the
picture itself, or the file into which I'm trying to insert the
picture? In either case, what do I do once I've opened it?
