You can also use the Mass Mover Tool to move around specific
articulations on a selected passage. I'm not in front of Finale at
the moment, but the command is under the Mass Mover menu. Something
like Change Articulation. In the ensuing dialog box there are boxes
at the bottom to move horizontally and vertically.
