I took the survey just now -- when I tried after first receiving the e-mail, their server had problems and the page was missing.

As for the "Where do you go for technical support?" question, you're right that they left off "the Finale List at shsu.edu" but the DID have "friends and colleagues" which is what I consider all the members of this list, so I checked that along with the documentation. :-)

Now to sit back and wait for them to send me my free 2009 upgrade! (yeah, right!)
