Nope. We did a Tomkins verse anthem that goes from 6 to 8 parts at 
the end. We rewrote the end to cover all the crucial material on 7 
viols, since that's all we had. We also played the Altenburg Intrada 
that we discussed here on the list recently in regard to my scanning 
issues. That had five parts plus the choral and we put 2 viols 
doubling the choral. 

In addition, we did a Gabrieli Hodie Christus natus est for 2 choirs, 
and I arranged a basso seguente part so that we could cover it with 
only 7 viols.

Anything with 7 real viol parts probably wouldn't have worked, as the 
additional 2 we've added are new players (though quite talented) who 
aren't experienced enough yet to be fully reliable in handling 
everything in a fully polyphonic texture (the Tomkins was kind of 
rocky in places, in fact).

But it sure did sound good when it was working!
