Here's where we have definitional problems. I don't see anything in 
either of those marches that calls for inegale (see 
http://imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/f/fa/IMSLP18971-PMLP44807-
HG_Band_58.pdf). On the other hand, I could see playing the pairs of 
8ths in the first as dotted 8th/16ths. That is *not* inegale. I see 
no room in the second march for any form of rhythmic alteration -- 
straight 8ths throughout (at a pretty good clip, almost in 1, in 
fact).

Just my opinion, of course.
