There is a problem with your file name. or in one or more instrument
names - an illegal character (such as a bracket \) in it or something.
Rename it with a simpler name.
I have had this happen with "Flute 3 / Piccolo" , for example. Finale
could not extract any parts until I renamed that instrument without the
bracket.
(Linked parts may not have this problem, and for a quick job may be
worth a look. Check under "Documents")
