That sounds confusing.  If I were reading that score I'd play all 4 
times before proceeding to the next section.

As far as making the playback work right, that is simply a matter of 
putting in the right number for "jump on pass" at the "to coda" mark.

The way I normally see this indicated to the musician is to add a 
parenthetical comment under the D.C. or D.S. mark saying "(Repeats good 
on DC)".  If you do it that way, there can be no confusion
