Hi Gerald, Thanks for the suggestion. The point is that I should be able to see all the files when I use WE. There are ways round it and I can move the files by opening up Finale but I shouldn't have to: there's clearly something going wrong. At first I thought the problem was in Finale, maybe in the way it was saving the files but it's looking more and more as though it's Windows.
