Hi Raymond, FYI, what you want is actually very easy to set up yourself, with virtually no technical knowledge and without having to pay anyone. I use Gumroad as the e-commerce vendor on my site — in exchange for a small % of each sale, they handle the credit cards and host and deliver the files, and setting it up was no more complicated that copying and pasting a few lines of HTML into my site:
https://gumroad.com The one drawback is that Gumroad does not have a shopping cart — each purchase is a separate transaction. But if a cart is important to you, there are lots of other e-commerce solutions that are easy to set up and would not require you to hire anyone. I also think it's extremely unlikely you would find anyone skilled who'd be willing to work without getting a flat fee up front.
