You can just increase the size of the reduced lyrics and none other. This is 
done in the Lyric Window.

If you are using Times New Roman 12, and get a 75% reduction with a grace note 
or cue, you want to embiggen it by 33% or a third. That would be 16 points, 
just for that syllable, and it should match the other unreduced syllables 
pretty well.
