Oh I see, I didn't properly read the message, sorry (still was a bit sleep, I just got up when i wrote that :) It is indeed a different error. The usual reason for this is that something with the devtools is not right. I see you write that you have the Dec Devtools installed, but obviously, something is wrong with them. You should probably reinstall them. In addition, you can always use the binary installer. However, it's likely you will get cc problems later on then.
