[Fink-beginners] updated XDarwin won't start

Hello -- I;ve checked the archives, but nothing quite matches.

After dealing with the black cursor in XDarwin since upgrading to Jaguar, I finally found and followed the fink upgrade instructions. I did fink selfupdate-cvs and then fink update-all, which updated to xfree86-base / rootless 4.2.1.1-3.

Now XDarwin tries to start up, gives me the new cursor for a few seconds, and then crashes. It had been working great up until now. I've been using oroborus2. When I disabled my .xinitrc to test the crash was the same.

Any help is much appreciated,
