If you don't, then your xfree86 installation is incomplete. What to do about this depends on how you installed xfree86: - If it is from Fink, then you need to reinstall the "xfree86-base" package. There have been several cases recently where fink thought all the xfree86 packages were installed, but in reality, for some unknown reason, many files were missing. I did this and I was able to install qt3. Now the compile fails with KDE base. This one isn't as easy to find where the problem is as was the other. Here are some clips of the output.
