Trace/BPT trap
This library is indeed missing. I see that someone asked the same question last year but I can't
see a good answer to the problem. Martin Costabel said something about the library
t1lib1-shlibs but I don't see this either.
I don't remember what I said, but if you have grace installed, you should definitely have t1lib1-shlibs (the package, not a library) installed, too, and this package contains /sw/lib/libt1.1.dylib. Since grace has a "Depends: t1lib1-shlibs" field, it is rather surprising that you should have been able to install one without the other. If it *is* installed, maybe it got corrupted and you should reinstall it.
fink reinstall t1lib1-shlibs
or, if you install from the binary distribution,
sudo apt-get install --reinstall t1lib1-shlibs
