The approach that I took was to reinstall Fink. I did that without any
problems. The first thing I installed was xfree86. I wanted to get that out
of the way. I have uninstalled X11 from my system. Fink tried to install
xfree86 and its dependencies but it failed and gave me this error:
ld: /usr/local/lib/./libstdc++.a(eh_personality.o) section's (__TEXT,__eh_frame) type S_REGULAR does not match previous objects type S_COALESCED make[1]: *** [demo] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2 ### execution of failed, exit code 2 Failed: compiling ncurses-5.3-2 failed
