Hi, I'm trying to port a program which my group wrote on Solaris and which depends upon libxml++. I have installed the full fink install (which has libxml2) but I can't seem to get libxml++ to properly build and install. I'm pretty sure that because libxml++ has not reached a full release yet it hasn't been precompiled for OS X and included with the standard fink install. I therefore have downloaded version 0.26 of libxml++ from sourceforge. I've run the ./configure and I have a Makefile.in, but I don't think it is correct. When I run the command: "make -f Makefile.in install", I get the result "Makefile.in:154: *** missing separator. Stop." Line 154 specifies @[EMAIL PROTECTED] Could I not have automake or something else specified properly? Any help on getting libxml++ to compile would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew
